BEACH, POOL, and ICW

Golden On Holden is uniquely positioned midway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. A two (2) minute stroll along the community’s private boardwalk will take you to the Seaside beach club. Here you’ll find private beach access, an air-conditioned indoor seating area (with tables, chairs, restrooms, and even wifi). A large outdoor seating deck, complete with rocking chairs, lets you enjoy the splendor of the ocean without stepping foot in the sand. This club is accessed by a key fob which is provided at check-in.

In the opposite direction, you’ll find the Seaside marina which offers access to the ICW and four (4) “day dock” boat slips, which are available for use by guests of Golden on Holden.
